Etsy is weird and said that the package was delivered when it wasn't. The package finally did arrive though so no worries. The bag is exactly as pictured though a bit smaller than expected. It still fit everything I had from my previous purse and is a hell of a lot sturdier! I love that the lid actually closes.

My husband and I LOVE this bag! Very sturdy, lots of pockets and cute. Minor complaint my husband has is the width of the back straps since he's a big tall guy. But it is awesome and worth the money.
